Prices will vary from project to project depending on many factors that must be taken into consideration when painting a home. These estimates are based on standard rooms in good condition. Any extra work needed or more difficult jobs that will be more labour intensive will be highlighted clearly during quotation. Savings can also be made on jobs that are less labour intensive or where multiple jobs are carried out in a single room (for example having a full room painted + skirting + door would be packaged together to provide a saving rather than just add all prices together). Single room and full property price estimates are for complete walls and ceilings. Timings may also vary depending on multiple factors such as prep work and colour choice (for example painting dark walls in a light colour will require more coats).
